What is masseter treatment?
A wide or square jaw can be partly shaped by strong masseter muscles. Botox® relaxes these muscles over time, which can slim the lower face for patients where muscle bulk—not bone—is the main factor.
How it works
Small injections are placed into the masseter. The muscle gradually softens; chewing usually stays comfortable at normal meals. Full changes evolve over several weeks.
